Returns must be in new and unused condition and are only returnable in the first 30 days. Fulfillment mistakes which result in the shipment of incorrect products, upon return, we ship the correct items, with any price difference charged or refunded as appropriate. In the event of shortages we will ship replacement products.
Please verify your order before processing the purchase. Errors in ordering qualify for return as exchange or store credit only the first 30 days. For any exchanges you will be responsible for the shipping charges to us, we will cover the return shipping to you. All shipments must meet carrier package requirements and insured for the full value of the item. Products that return damaged and uninsured will are subject to refusal.
No returns on special order, high voltage pumps or any other custom items.
